STEPS

01  

Receive an offer & Collect documents 

The process could start when a foreign employee and a Bulgarian company decide to work together and confirm the conditions of the employment. The foreign employee accepts the offer and starts collecting and legalization of documents.

Apply for residence permit & Visa 

The application is done in Bulgaria by the company and all respective institutions work together to come to a decision for allowing the employee to come to Bulgaria. The positive decision leads to visa D application from employee's side. 

03

Receive Bulgarian ID card & Start working 

After all visa formalities are done, the employee comes to Bulgaria with the obtained visa and finishes the process by obtaining a Bulgarian ID card.
